Company Description:

Torretta Fine Foods, is a woman and LGBT+ owned business, operating in Kansas City, Missouri. We created the Carl’s Original Recipe brand using our Grandpa's recently rediscovered recipe from his families restaurant in Kansas City, MO in the 1950s. We created a brand to fit a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

We obtain humanely raised Heritage breed pork from local (MO) family farms and our sausage is then produced and packaged at a local USDA certified facility. Both our linked and bulk options in hot and mild flavors have the following USDA approved claims:
